You know it’s set to be a good night when you kick it off with one of these babies. Sweet raspberry liqueur balanced with a kick of citrus and topped with fresh raspberries makes for a tantalising serve to start your evening.
Ingredients
40ml Passport Selection
20ml Raspberry Liqueur
Half a Lemon Juice
2 Raspberries
Cubed Ice
Garnish
Lemon Slice
Method
Place all ingredients into a shaker.
Shake all the ingredients briskly with ice cubes.
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass.
Top with a slice of lemon.

Method
Place the ice cubes, Passport Selection, lemon juice, sugar, and Bitters into a shaker.
Shake the ingredients and strain into a flute glass.
Top up the glass with the Champagne or Prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist.
